DISC is a behavioral assessment model that categorizes how people act into four observable styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance—based on how they respond to problems, people, pace, and rules. It helps individuals and teams understand behavior patterns to improve communication, reduce conflict, and increase productivity.

 

Everyone has a unique blend of these traits, and DISC distinguishes between natural tendencies and adapted behaviors used in specific situations. It’s a practical, easy-to-apply tool for enhancing self-awareness, teamwork, and leadership.
