Kimberly Kolb Eakin is a seasoned leadership consultant and founding leader at Cortex Leadership Consulting, with over 12 years of experience guiding organizations in leadership development, strategic growth, and organizational effectiveness. A retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class and Competitive Marksmanship Athlete, Kimberly draws on her military background in marksmanship, tactical operations, and leadership training to help clients cultivate strong, cohesive teams.
