You’ll receive a Dates Survey on Day 1 to confirm your availability for virtual sessions.
Lunch break is 90 minutes. Shuttle service is available to and from your hotel.
A Welcome Reception is held the evening before (5:30–7:00 PM ET) for networking and introductions.
Use the day before and after to reset—work out, kayak, hike, or unwind so you’re fully ready to engage.

AI Traveler Self Assessment
The AI Traveler Self-Assessment is designed to uncover the mindset you're currently bringing into conversations about AI—whether that mindset is strategic, hesitant, experimental, burned out, or somewhere in between.
It doesn’t measure technical skill. It measures readiness.
Most leaders don’t realize how much their beliefs about AI (and their role in leading it) are influencing their decision-making. This tool brings those patterns to the surface, using five distinct “Traveler” types based on real behaviors and psychological drivers we’ve observed in executive teams.
After completing the assessment, you’ll receive a match to one or more Traveler types

Answer a short series of questions to identify your current AI Traveler type. This is not about getting the “right” answer—it’s about naming where you are now, so you can lead more intentionally going forward. -
Review Your Scorecard
Once complete, open your Traveler Scorecard to explore your results. Each type represents a real pattern observed in leaders navigating AI—whether cautiously, experimentally, urgently, or avoidantly. Your scorecard will help you reflect on how you lead through change, how you make decisions, and where your growth edge lies. -
